If your project falls outside what we do, we'll be honest about it and can usually recommend someone who's a better fit.

When you're about 2–3 weeks out from your start date, we'll send you an "On Deck" email — that means we're getting ready to schedule your installation. 7. Installation day: we arrive, we work, we clean up, and we make sure you love it before we leave.

We don't carry every brand out there, and that's by design. We'd rather know a handful of product lines really well than offer a mile-wide menu we can't speak to confidently. After your site assessment, we'll walk you through the options that make sense for your project and budget — including different tiers, styles, and performance levels. Just a few simple things before our crew arrives:

Move furniture, electronics, and valuables at least three feet away from each window. Take down curtains, blinds, and anything hanging on or near the window walls — brackets can stay. Cover anything remaining nearby with a sheet or tarp if you'd like to protect it from dust.

Outside, trim any shrubs or branches against the house and clear away planters or furniture blocking access to the windows.

If possible, leave a parking spot open near your home for our truck. Keep kids and pets in a different part of the house during the work.

We'll handle the rest — and we clean up before we leave.
